Eligibility and Evaluation Criteria for Trade-In Service

Devices must meet specific conditions (e.g., fully functional, no major physical damage, and original components intact).


  • Only certain device models and brands are eligible for trade-in.

  • Devices are inspected to assess their condition and value (based on the device's model, storage capacity, and market value).

  • The final trade-in value may differ from the initial online or in-store estimate, depending on the device's condition.

  • Devices reported as lost, stolen, or having activation locks may not be eligible.

  • Providing false information may lead to the voiding of the trade-in offer.


Offer and Data Responsibility

The trade-in value is based on the device's condition, model, and market demand.

The customer must confirm ownership of the device being traded in.


  • The final offer will be provided after a thorough inspection by our technicians.

  • All personal data must be removed from the device prior to trade-in (factory reset or data wipe).

  • GAT GLOBAL is not responsible for any data breaches or recovery after the trade-in.

  • Once the trade-in is accepted, the device cannot be returned.


Customer Responsibilities

  • All personal data must be cleared before submitting the device for trade-in. We recommend performing a factory reset and removing any security locks.

  • Ensure no personal accounts (e.g., Apple ID, Google account) are logged into the device.
